Do's & Don'ts

Don't - sacrifice quality for the sake of a few pounds.
Whether you buy your whitening kit from us or another supplier, be careful not to buy one of the inferior products currently being sold. as 'Made in America'.

Do - Look out for the following:
Poor print quality inset cards, in some extreme cases they are simply photocopies. Lack of clear and comprehensive directions and content.

Do - look for contact or clear website details, not simply postal return ID

Do - avoid companies still promotiong old style hydrogen peroxide, rather than the more widely accepted Carbamide Peroxide.

Don't - overun the receommended time for individual treatments, this will not enhance the whitening or speed up the process, but could cause serious discomfort to gums and skin tissue.

Don't - overfill the trays. Overfilling will cause the gel to leach on to gums, again, causing irritation.

Do - ensure you follow the instructions carefully when warming the moulds, this will enhance the contact and achieve better results.

Don't - experiment with the kit by using it for any other purpose than that stated.

Don't - use if you have mouth ulcers or any open cut or infection

Do - Use a re-mineralizing gell. This will help restore you teeths natural defences.

Do - Floss and clean your teeth on a regular basis
